Dean Mack Uses 2cycle Racing Oil In Yamaha KT 100 Kart Car

Thought you might like some fed back on your new 2cycle racing oil. We started running your 2cycle racing oil this year in our racing go-karts in previous years we had run Red Line oil with ok results. Our engine builder said it was the only oil we should run in his engines. Well, we switched without telling him and we have had great results from your product. After running five races so far this year we have only had one engine failure which was my fault as a driver. I did not watch my engine rpm’s or head temp close enough. I had run the engine, a Yamaha KT 100, to an rpm well over 17k and a head temp of over 577 deg, which is unheard of in a restricted cam exhaust class. I was going for the win and was not watching my gauges. After tearing the engine down it was found that I t only needed a new piston and ring at a cost of 45 dollar compared to a normal rebuild which is in the neighborhood of 250 to 300 dollars. In the past we have had to have our engines gone through every four hours, to freshen them up, when we ran Red Line oil. This is where it gets good. Our team had a first place finish this past weekend so the engine was tore down by a tech inspector to make sure it was legal and our engine builder had to be there, after the engine was disassembled it was found to be legal and in perfect condition. It still looked new inside and the swirl marks were still in the cylinder walls. Our engine builder asked us what we had been doing to them, thinking that we were having someone else working on his engines behind his back, but we assured home that no one else had touched our engines and the only thing we were doing different was we had switched to Lucas Oil. He could not believe the difference it had made in our performance gains and the minimal wear on the engines. At this point it looks like we may go the entire season without having our engines gone though for the normal freshens up. We run three classes with the Southern Indiana Racing Association on mainly street races and a few closed track races. In all our engines we have seen a massive increase in performance gains and engine reliability. So far early in this season we already have a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place finishes. Also I think our engine builder has now switched to Lucas Oil along with several of our friends who race in this series with us who have asked to use some of our oil. Their engines and ours run cam 2 110 octane fuel with an 8:1 mix of your oil. This seems to be a great combination. We are turning higher rpm’s and building more heat and having less engine failures than ever before it only makes me more excited about the coming races this year. I think you may have a new market for your great products. Karting has become one of the fastest growing motor sports across the country in the past couple of years and it only looks to get bigger. If there is any information that I can send you to help with your research please let me know how I may help. I have complete records of engine temps, rpm’s, and what gears were ran at every race we have used your products in. Thank you for your time and your great products.
